Sometimes we all feel overwhelmed by our thoughts, especially the negative ones.
When things are bad, it’s easy and sometimes inevitable to lose control and slide into the turbulence of thoughts.

The attacker, oppressor, judge, and executioner

One relatively reasonable not-so-great thought is leading to the other, and very quickly you find yourself under a complete attack inside your head, the battle has began.

The sad thing is, that we are doing this to ourselves.
We are the attacker, oppressor, judge, and executioner, and we assault ourselves with all we got.
At that point every drop of energy we have is pored into self destruction, and the ruins leave their marks, and scars
** P.S. Why do we even have all this negativity?

Bad memories, destructive habits, toxic thoughts. All of these mental and emotional scars are captured within our minds and have a huge impact on our lives.
The attacker, oppressor, judge, and executioner in our heads continue to preserve it continuously, and sometimes they demand control and take us by the notorious turbulence.
But here some questions arise.

Who’s asking the questions in your head?

“You are not a problem that needs solving. “

~ Eckhart Tolle ~

If you are talking to yourself in your head, one of “you” asks a question and the “other you” answers, right? Does that mean that there is 2 of “you”?
When “you” are saying bad things about “yourself”, who’s “you” and who is “yourself”?
Does that even make sense?
Does that mean that we are all schizophrenic? Are we all insane?
Aren’t we all insane?

When you are eating an apple, is it your mind that enjoys it?
When you are enjoying the warm sun, is it your mind that enjoys it?
Or is there something beneath that? Something more profound?

What if your mind is not who you are?

“The most decisive event in your
life is when you discover you are not
your thoughts or emotions.
Instead, you can be present
as the awareness behind
the thoughts and emotions.”

~ Eckhart Tolle ~

There is only one you.
The idea, or revelation, that your mind is not who you are, is not trivial for most people.
The western civilization puts the intellect on a pedestal, and in our culture the mind is perceived as the most important thing, above all.

Because, after all, “you” know “yourself” ever since “you” remember “yourself”.
You’ve lived your entire life in this unquestionable state where this is the reality and that’s just how life is.
It can’t be true, right? It just doesn’t make sense that everyone around you is wrong, and everyone is missing something so big and meaningful. Right?

“Most people identify their
sense of self with the problems
they have, or think they have.”

~ Eckhart Tolle ~

On the other hand, look around you.
There is so much suffering in your life, in the lives of those around you, and our collective life as a society.
It’s as if everyone is living in the same state, where things are not working as they should; do you know anyone that is genuinely happy and fulfilled in his or her life?
Why do so few people actually live in harmony and ease?
Maybe we are doing something wrong.
Could it be that there is so much more in us than our thoughts and feelings?

Awakening into a new awareness

“Life is the dancer and you are the dance.”

~ Eckhart Tolle ~

Have you ever had a moment in life, when you faced something beautiful and eternal like a sunset, the ocean, the stars, or a beautiful piece of music, and your mind suddenly became quite and still?
Have you ever experienced a moment where it seemed like time stopped, and something opened within you?
Where everything looks so small and unimportant, yet everything is so marvelous and simple, and life is nothing but magic and beauty?

This paradigm and perception are gaining more and more momentum and believers worldwide, and are led by the author and spiritual guide Eckhart Tolle.

His own personal story demonstrates it perfectly, of how he transformed his life from a constant state of suicidal depression and anxiety, to a state of bliss, gratitude, and acknowledgment in the infinite nature of his presence.
Please have a look at his remarkable rebirth story. It has inspired and changed millions of lives worldwide, and if you’ll be open to it, it might change yours too.
