Observe your patterns
We have all been in that position where we feel bad about something or towards someone. We have all experienced a situation from time to time again which gets us all demotivated and bummed. We feel low and gloomy. It might be something that makes you very nervous like let’s say, public speaking. Whenever you are asked to speak publicly or to a group of people, you start feeling very anxious and you get very nervous. Or every time someone who is special to you talks to you, you get very shy, to the point that you cannot speak to him or her.
Though it is natural to feel that way from time to time, when these emotions, anxiousness, shyness, rage, and sadness constantly and repeatedly arise, you are just re-affirming and repeating the negativity of this situation, not allowing anything to change. Every feeling that you have is being triggered by both physical and mental states and patterns, and when you are changing the mental or physical elements you are also changing the feeling. How did you stand?
How did you breathe?
Where were your hands?
What did you tell yourself in your head?

This is because your brain is no linking your physical state with that specific emotion, therefore you are getting something else.

Reframe The Situation
Oftentimes when we want something that we currently don’t have to appear in our lives we are having a hard time imagining how it will appear in our lives, if at all.
And this is where it’s time to ‘fool’ our mind a little bit, extracting and using the confidence that we have in other fields of our lives.
Let’s say that you are terrified of talking to strangers, but you are great at riding a bicycle. Is it possible to shift the confidence that you have at biking onto talking to strangers?
Now that you already know how to observe your patterns, imagine the time you had a hard time talking to strangers, observe how your physical, mental, and emotional states are.
Can you remember how you felt? Maybe your hands where sweaty, your stomach ached, and your heart is beating fast. Maybe in your mind you hear an annoying voice telling you: ‘Why are you like that? Can’t you be normal?’. And maybe the main emotion that is taking charge of you in that moment is fear.
Now let’s go to the other experience when you are having a great ride on your bike.
Maybe you are feeling that breathing comes so easily when you are riding your bicycle, your head is light, your chest feels free, and you feel your hands touching the cold iron body of the bike. Maybe there’s a great tune that plays in your head, something that is making you feel remarkable. And maybe the emotion you feel the most is calmness, perhaps confidence.
Now, try going back to the situation of talking to strangers, only this time, play that tune that made you feel remarkable. This time, imagine the sensation of touching the cold iron bike with your hands. How is your feeling different now? Has anything changed in the experience?
Of course, it really doesn’t matter what situation it is, whether it’s biking or singing or knitting, what matters is how you felt, and how you can use positive patterns in order to change the way you feel. To minimize and even eliminate emotional states that you don’t want, and to empower positive emotional states that you do want, that will accordingly boost the attraction of more things that will make you feel good.
Freeing Your Beliefs
We all have stories to tell and share. Something which we either experienced or something that has been ingrained in our minds from our childhood. It can be stories about money, time, health, relationships, etc. Like for instance, many believe that once you get rich, you start losing your values. Or pure money is hard to make etc. For example, these are the ideas that have been ingrained in our minds. In order to achieve what you want and your desires, you need to stop limiting your beliefs.
Because when you are constantly repeating the same beliefs you are making it impossible for something new to appear in your life, you are preventing the Law Of Attraction to work for you. Only when you will keep an open mind, will you be able to experience everything.
NLP comes useful here because when you are noticing a limiting belief of yours, you can use your observation skills to detect your exact emotional, physical, and mental patterns and states, and can change them by reframing the situation into something that you are benefiting from, instead of suffering from.
Revive A Positive Memory
This is also known as anchoring. This is basically that whenever you feel good, whenever you feel a nice emotion, connect it with a gesture. So, every time you feel low, you can trigger the gesture and make yourself feel better.
The first step is to identify your emotion. A good one. Whether you feel confident, happy, or motivated. Decide where you want to place the anchor. It can be a pinch on your earlobe, a pinch on your elbow, etc., listening to a specific song, thinking about a specific sentence or a combination of words, or projecting a specific image in your head.
This will allow you to bring and feel a positive emotion at your own will by triggering the gesture. So, every time you feel low, think of the time you felt happy and excited and confident. Then pinch your earlobe or whatever it is that you have made your triggering gesture. Every time you feel a positive emotion and trigger the gesture, it will have a stronger effect on you when you try it when you feel low or sad.
Repetition
Perhaps the most obvious technique, if you are actively repeating something enough times, eventually it will become a habit, something that you already do automatically, something that will come to you with any effort. Everything that you want in life, imagine how it would feel to have it.
Imagine your physical, mental, and emotional states.
Now that you have come up with the exact patterns and behaviors, the only thing left to do is just repeating feeling that way. 3 times a day, 10 times a day, 100 times a day, the more you repeat it the more automatic it will be for you. And when you are so used to feel that way, one of 2 things will happen: Either you’ll get what you want, or you’ll feel so great that you wouldn’t even want it anymore.
